Vest Chiquinha

Cotton vest made from a vintage jacquard upholstery fabric with a thick, structured multicoloured weave, likely from the 1970s. A strong textile with a vivid mix of pink and blue tones, full of character and history.

Finished with light blue tassel fringes for movement and texture, and a matching blue bias tape for a clean edge. Closed at the front with pink vintage buttons sourced from a French flea market, adding a playful contrast detail.

A handmade piece built around found materials, colour and texture — somewhere between upholstery and garment, fully reworked into something wearable.
