Yes, it is possible to place an order without creating an account. However, suppose you do decide to create an account, in that case, you can save your shipping and billing address in the address book. Here you will also be able to view your order history and your tracking numbers for current orders.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, shipping fees for orders outside Germany are calculated individually and cannot be processed directly through our website at this time. If you’d like to place an international order, please contact us at support@bevang.com and we’ll provide you with a personalized shipping quote and instructions.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because Bevang represents multiple independent brands, some designers might ship their items directly from their own studio or production space depending on the item ordered. This approach reduces unnecessary transport, supports small-scale logistics, and ensures your order comes straight from the maker.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bevang.com. Once an item has been prepared for shipping, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please check your tracking link first. If you still haven’t received your item, contact our Support team with your order number — we’ll investigate with the designer or shipping partner and keep you informed every step of the way.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive ashipping confirmation emailwith a tracking link. Since Bevang partners with independent designers and small studios, your items may ship separately. You can track each shipment directly using the link provided.

Most ready-to-ship items arrive within 3–10 business days within Europe. Made-to-order or pre-order pieces may take longer — estimated timelines are always shown on the product page before purchase.

Please email us at support@bevang.com as soon as you discover your order is not as expected. If you received a damaged/faulty product, please attach a picture to the email of the product showing the issue and forward your receipt and/or online order number.

For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price. For international orders, duties and taxes may vary depending on your country’s import regulations. These will be clearly communicated at checkout when applicable.

No — customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges through our webshop.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and typically appear within 10 days, depending on your payment provider.

Unfortunately, made-to-order or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created specifically for you.
