Return Costs & Process
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.bevang.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to our webshop, provided they meet the conditions of our returns policy. Please note: we do not offer exchanges on our webshop.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@bevang.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with the BEVANG Return Form and all the necessary information to complete your return.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. This includes:
- Choosing the shipping carrier of your preference
- Generating and printing your own shipping label
- Printing and including the provided Return Form inside the parcel
- Properly packaging the items in their original condition and packaging
- Tracking the shipment to ensure it reaches us safely
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BEVANG cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please ensure that the items are in their original selling condition and free from damage, stains, or signs of wear. All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return. Items returned without tags or received after 14 days will not be accepted.
Any item that is personalised or made to order is non refundable.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been authorized. Depending on your payment provider, the funds should appear in your account within 10 days from the date of the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@bevang.com for further assistance.
