General Terms & Conditions

BEVANG operates as a commission-based sales platform for independent fashion designers (“Partner Designers”). Products offered on our website may either:

a) be held on consignment and shipped directly by BEVANG from its own studio, or

b) be shipped directly by the respective Partner Designer.

When you purchase a product on our website, your purchase contract is concluded with BEVANG, acting in its own name but on behalf of the respective Partner Designer in accordance with §§ 84 ff. HGB.

This means BEVANG is your contractual partner for the purchase. The Partner Designer remains the legal owner of the product until the sale is completed.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

 

 

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Becke Kochs / Riccioppo Slaviero / Rios Roehren GbR.

The products displayed in the online shop are to be regarded as an offer. By clicking on the “Buy” button at the end of the ordering process, the consumer places a binding, chargeable order for the listed goods. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of an order confirmation email in the consumer's mailbox. This order confirmation also serves as an order acceptance by BEVANG.

BEVANG is entitled to refuse orders from consumers at any time at its own discretion. Reasons for this may include:

  • Listed goods are out of stock

  • No payment confirmation

  • And much more

In the event of a contract rejection, BEVANG is entitled to cancel the order and issue a refund without any liability to consumers or third parties.

The purchase of products and the associated conclusion of a contract is only permitted for persons aged 16 and over. All contracts concluded between consumers under the age of 16 and BEVANG are automatically void.

 

 

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The following language(s) are available for concluding the contract: German, English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

 

 

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders of €350 or more. In the case of partial deliveries, BEVANG covers the additional shipping costs.

For express shipping, a surcharge of €8 applies (= total 14€). You will find further details on express shipping in the respective offer.

4.2 Delivery Options

Depending on the product, your order may be shipped either by BEVANG or directly by the respective Partner Designer/Boutique. If you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the order process.

Delivery is made by shipping only. Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

 

 

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices valid at the time of the order apply. These are total prices. We do not charge VAT (small business regulation).

5.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit card
During the ordering process you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order has been placed.

PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order has been placed. Further information is provided during the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered PayPal customers selected at its own discretion. We have no influence over the offering of such options; any additional payment methods offered relate exclusively to your contractual relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

 

 

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Statutory Liability for Defects

Statutory liability for defects applies.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

 

 

7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in our online shop are not binding offers but invitations to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory value added tax (VAT) where applicable.

Shipping costs are added separately and displayed before the order is completed.

We offer free shipping on orders over €350,00 within Germany.

Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal and Klarna). Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Delivery

We currently deliver orders placed through our website within Germany. If you’d like to place an order from outside Germany, please contact us at support@bevang.com — we’ll be happy to provide a personalized shipping quote and instructions. International shipping fees are calculated individually and cannot be processed directly through our website at this time.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination; estimated delivery times are shown on the product page.

If an item is not available, we will inform you promptly by email.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@bevang.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method and include the return form we provide.

Rends 

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method within 10 business days.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Bevang until full payment has been received.

Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence in accordance with statutory provisions.

In cases of slight negligence, we shall be liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to foreseeable damages.

Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB) apply.

Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another EU country, you are also protected by the mandatory provisions of that country’s law.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships shall be Berlin, Germany, provided you are a merchant or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
