Shipping information

Depending on the product, your order may be shipped either by BEVANG or directly by the respective Partner Designer/Boutique. In the overview below you will find information about transit times and prices for the different delivery methods in Germany. 

An estimated delivery time for each brand shipment is provided in the checkout and in your order confirmation email. Delivery is usually made Monday-Friday.

We ship CO₂-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. We kindly ask that you choose standard shipping where possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Within Germany:

For each order, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.00 to cover packaging, insurance, and delivery costs.

If you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages. In the case of partial deliveries, BEVANG covers the additional shipping costs.

Cancellations

We may be able to cancel the order before the order is prepared and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this. We cannot cancel an order if it has already been prepared
